Remove pom before washing. Pom is fastened by a metal snap, simply pull to remove. Do not wash pom. Pom can be fluffed using hair dryer but cannot be submerged in water.
Machine wash hat cold, tumble dry normal (may experience pilling/fuzziness of the yarn). Do not iron.
Stretching is normal and necessary with knit items as they adjust to their user, however periodic stretching both width and lengthwise will help reshape the knit stitches and bring the hat back to original shape.
