PROCESSING TIME

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Ready to Ship items typically process in 1-3 days. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks to process, but can be longer depending on product type and material availability. I do my best to get items to you as quickly as possible, but once in the hands of the shipping provider, the shipping time unfortunately becomes out of my control.

MJM Made cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS, but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local post office. Please contact your post office should this issue arise.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
